Bought these for my son. He only wore these for a couple of times before he outgrew them. SIGH!!

Very nice NIKE basketball sneakers!! Size 5Y.
As you could see, they are in EXCELLENT condition considering that they belonged to a 10 year old! There are a couple of scuff marks as seen in the pics. These have been just cleaned & there is a teeny bit of dirt in the grooves on the soles.

I know the feeling my son had a growth spurt when he wore a size 5 as well I don't remember ever buying a 6 he went right into a size 7!! He is 11 now and wearing a size 8!! I love the sneakers wish I could fit them or if I knew anyone that size I'd bid. Whoever wins them is getting a great deal!!

At the widest part it's about 3 3/4" wide.

what texture is the outter shoe?

It is very smooth except for the embossed areas as seen in the pics. There are some punch out holes for breathability. Not sure what the material is..haven't been able to find any labeling inside the shoe. I hope this answers your questions.

Not really since the whitish scuff mark is right by the embossed section so it looks like a trick of the light. The blue scuff mark is on the inside portion. These are scuff marks & may be able to be buffed out.
