I'd say it could FIT an xl but really would look better on a large.

It looks so small. Do you have it tied back small to fit the manican bc I am large or xl but that doesn't look like either. Pls anyswer. Thanks. I wish it gave measurements. I hate that when an auction says xl but could be large. I get confused. Or just what brand is it. I know how most brands run. Thanks.
