Just a stamp does not provide tracking. Plus I don't want the envelope put through the machine. The $1.00 shipping is not even half of actual cost to make sure winner receives it in pristine condition.

Thanks for clarifying that.. the reason i asked is because i had won several decals from someone else here on listia.. and was worried that the person didn't provide a tracking #
it took forever to get to my hands and finally it all arrived in a stamp envelope =/ ... sorry for any inconvenience my question may have caused you.. it was not my intention... and now i can bid with confidence =) thank you

Not a problem;) I take all transactions serious and protect myself at all cost. I have done free shipping on some decal winnings but over time my expenses became fairly higher than listia credits making it not worth it. Anything from me you can bid with confidence;0)
