It came from an estate, so I truly can't answer the questions. I have not pre-washed it & I don't smell any smoke, but I have a very unreliable nose! Yes, I do accept Paypal. Thanks for your interest!

thanks for the answer- and totally understand about not knowing the answers since it came from an estate sale- i gotta go to these estate sales more often, made it to a famous casino owner in town who passed away, and since it was held in his house, got to see the inside of it, too- it's in my neighborhood but occupied two home lots, it was very interesting- still watching this- GL
