This is a device you plug into the USB port to get TV, radio, weather and games on your computer. Picture #4 shows it working. Since I know your going to ask, It was up for auction before and the buyer said it didn't work. I have since tried it in my computer and it works. You have to have Windows XP SP2 or above, Vista or 7 (32bit or 64bit) Compatible with IE 8 or above (Ihave chrome) Media player 9.0 or above and adobe flash 10 or above.
