There are no rips or tears, just some discoloration due to age, etc. I am not sure how old this is. We just bought a used boat and it was in there, but we don't need it.
Shipping in Flat Rate Medium box for $10.70 anywhere in the USA. If you bid on any of my other items, I am sure we can probably fit some additional stuff in there so if we can fit it in then I will ship as much as possible in the flat rate box...so if you are bidding on this, then please check out my other auctions just in case.
