Thanks so much just so you know I have three more that I am actually going to put up for bid on here so look for that. I bought these in downtown San Francisco sorry I can't for the life of me remember the store was called. But if I think of it I will message you it's just not coming to mind right now haha. Yes they are! I love to sew also and all you have to do is make a 2 inch or thicker fabric headband. Then find flexible (not too thick) wire and measure the same length of the headband. You can leave the wire loose in the middle of the headband because if you sew both end it should come out. Hope that helps.
