She didn't WANT to pay for shipping.. not that she couldn't. Bidding last time didn't reach over 600 for free shipping, that was also clearly stated.. this girl doesn't read auctions before blindly bidding on them.

Umm...a buyer that refuses to pay shipping is actually breaking Listia rules. If you bid on an auction that states that you must pay shipping, and win said auction then refuse to pay shipping, the buyer has the right to relist the items AND keep the credits, unless you file a dispute within a certain amount of time. If a dispute is filed in time, a moderator will review both sides and make a decision. If there was no dispute filed, you're S.O.L.
