If you have items that weigh up to 13 oz., you can ship First Class, through PayPal at a discount. For example, 1 oz. for $1.69, versus $3.48 at the Post Office. Tracking is automatically included on First Class and you don't have to use a box--just use PLENTY of bubble wrap on your item, if it's fragile. Clothing, etc, doesn't need anything.
