The ring is a bright,shiny silver color - not dark as pictures
make it look.

The band runs from one side of the finger to the other, leaving a 1" gap in the front. Five rolo chains are attached to each side of this front gap. Here's where the dangles come in...they are 1/8in steel beads attached to the links in the chain. The chain and small beads spread out to form an area that is one inch by one inch of pure dangliness!! This is the height of cool.

If you have pliers and possess 1/8" beads, you could open the jump rings and replace the steel beads with beads of your choice. Or perhaps replace only part of the steel beads to make your very own beaded statement !

This ring feels solid on the finger. It is not cheap and tinny.
I''ve worn it a very few times {3 or 4 times}, quite gently in a very sedate school atmosphere. There was no eating,drinking,wrestling or washing of the hands. Hence there are no scratches, no dings, no blood and no beads missing or squashed....
