I am a Constant Gardener and have many types of Organic flower and veggie seeds and perennial seeds...all from Zone 4, I live in Wisconsin. Most All the time pictures are from one My garden beds, but didn't get picture in time (except what I have have in my vase in 1st picture..so I pulled 2nd pic off internet that look exactly like mine did ;)

These are Early Bloomers.

This listing is for my 2012 "Siberian" Dark Purple Iris. These are not the TALL type irises, these are the Shorter ones that grow about 2 to 2 1/2' (FEET) high.

I just gave my daughter at least 50 "established" Plants, because once established They are very Strong Prolific Perrenials.

The picture I added has some of the Iris with some Peonies from 2012 on my Counter in Kitchen ;)

Also downsizing greeting cards, so don't be surprised if you receive one of the following: Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, get well, Birthday, sympathy, general, etc.

Do you feel these plants would do well in Zone 6a? Also what are the light requirements?

Good Mornin, I just typed in Google "will siberian irises grow in zone 6a and it looks like they will...they are hardy and prolific once they get established. They like Full or part sun ;) Hope that helped*

im in the zone 9-10 in south gulf coast of texas. I relocated mine from florida to here and they are just beautiful. I like the height of these to be planted in with some of my taller one. they are beautiful color of purple i have seen in along time. wish me well on the winning bidding. thanks

I don't know much about them but do you know if these produce seeds? I planted live plants of these this year and most of them now have flowers... I have the purple and also white ones, I've never seen a white one before and would like to collect seeds from them if I could. I know it's a bulb plant, but don't know much else about them except for the fact they are very beautiful and easy to grow ;)

I have had these for 10 years and because they produce so quickly, I gave my daughter at least 50 tubers. I am going to plant these from seed along the fence line and see how they do from seed.
