The listing, Cecil Cooper game-used jersey card has ended.

I believe the card is a 2002 Upper Deck Cecil Cooper rookie card. The card and a patch of game-used jersey are inserted into a 4 x 6 1/2" cardboard type frame. The company that distributed this is called Vintage Sports Cards which purchases game-used items from the Upper Deck Company. This is a really nice collectible and in great condition.
