oh geese I'm not too sure. They are medium size dogs right? Can you measure his feet I think the 4th picture has a little chart on it telling you how to measure the foot. They are saying on the package that the medium will fit a dalmatian, border collie they only give two examples of what breed it fits.The next size up would be the large fits German Shepard and Golden retriever and I think a pug is smaller then them. So maybe it will fit. Medium is 3 3/4" in length please look at the 4th picture that might help. thank you for asking.
