Micro Machines Sega Genesis Game Cartridge (PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING)

I could only get this one to start up MAYBE 1 in 10 times. Honestly, it's the first cart I couldn't bring back to life in thousands but, it happens I guess.

So please keep this in mind when bidding, this item MAY be D.O.A..

The one time it started it played fine....until I turned it off and tried again.

The label is peeling on the bottom corners (see photo)

Not a kit but, I did give it the old q-tip once over. The board does have a very slight rattle to it but that's the only genesis cart I've ever seen of that style and it doesn't look like it say very tight to begin with.
