According to information I found online, Army regulation 670-1 stipulates that the United States flag patch worn on the right side of the uniform should be reversed to indicate the flag's motion in the wind as the soldier marches forward to victory.

Size: Just shy of 2 inches height by 3-1/4 width.

Condition: New, never used!
