GOOD FRIENDS ARE FOREVER - PM31 is a counted cross stitch book, contains 13 different designs, and chart and instructions for an afghan border. There is one design that the previous owner has some pink highlighter marks and that page only looks like it absorbed a little moisture but does not affect the design itself. The pink marks may likely affect the xerox process but are nothing that can't be dealt with. Overall, the book is in pretty good shape, except for the one, all designs are clear and the staples are tight and not rusting.

All my items are stored in a smoke free environment but I do own cats. Even tho everything is stored safely out of their reach, I can't guarantee an item hasn't been affected by airborne cat dander. Also, I am happy to combine shipping for multiple purchases. Thanks for looking!!
