Hi. The skirt measures 10 1//2 inches with a 2 1/2 piece of elastic in the back. It is 5 inches in length. The top measures 13 1/2 inches around with a little elastic in the back. The length is 3 1/2 down on the top part 3 1.2 down on the bottom side. It has think straps that measure 3 1/22 inches. I hope that this helps you. Thanks for asking. Patti

Would this fit my 12 week old Yorkie? she is currently almost 3lbs and wont get much past 5lbs fully grown

Hi I think it would fit her. I have a shima and a maltese. The maltese and the time she wore it she weighed 5 lb. And the shima was smaller. Yorkies don't have a real thick coat do they? I think that it would fit her. Patti
