I always remember my mom making these little round ‘cookies’ for her friends at Christmas time and of course they were the one cookie I wasn’t allowed to try. I understand now.The last couple of years, I’ve made made big batches of these potent little grown up treats for coworkers, family and friends…but with bourbon. They are easy to make, and package up very nicely in mini muffin liners and in a festive tin….perfect for gift giving. But make sure you keep them away from the kiddos!
