I believe its an 8 gauge but might be a 10 gauge not to sure!

Clean and never worn (but would advise to cleaning it with the rubbing alcohol pad that I will be sending with it before wearing it just due to it being touched and these things should always be cleaned before wearing anyway to prevent infections)
