White Blouse with Velvet Black collar and cuffs
Long Sleeve Shirt
Size 18

Underarm to underarm is 24", unstretched. The length from shoulder to hem is 30". The sleeves are 22".

Very detailed and pretty buttons-please see pictures
Collar and cuffs have a soft velvet feel
Collar and Cuffs: 67% Acetate 33% Nylon
Body: 60% Acetate 40% Rayon

There is a very light smear on the back near the neck. Would not show up in a picture. Looks like a bit of foundation makeup. I have not tried to remove. It is not very noticable, but I had to mention.

It says Dry Clean only... The collar and cuffs are 67% acetate 33 %nylon and the rest of the Blouse is 60% acetate and 40% Rayon ... If that helps any.
