I have a problem with my face breaking out badly whenever I use "Face Wash" because I think I'm allergic to it or it just doesn't work. I also am a single mother and don't have a bunch of money to spend on expensive face wash all the time. I have found that when I use this recipe it last me for months whereas a bottle of Face Wash last me a couple of weeks. I discovered some parts of this on internet and worked it for my face and it has amazing results for me!! So if you have an issue with facewash or want to try something a little different keep reading.
***** I get a small bowl or paper plate and mix in a dab of regular Colgate toothpaste, sprinkle some salt, baking soda, and add a little body wash for scent because I like the smell. Body wash not required you can add a little water instead. You blend all of these together until you get a paste that you then spread over all of your face or on "problem areas" of your face. How much you use is up to you. Let it set for a minute or two and put water on your fingers and rub in circular motions to make a lather then rinse it off. Your face may be dry because it pulls the oils off your face and out of your pores. You can add some lotion to your face to fix this. An Oil Free Face Lotion works best but its up to you. Your face may have a tingling or a little burning sensation and if its to much just rinse it off and add less toothpaste and salt because thats just the cleansing of your pores. It's going really deep in your pores. I use this treatment once a week because thats all I need. Depending on your skin type and comfort of using this recipe you can do it as many times as you like. I hope you find this helpful and it works for you. Goodluck!! Oh, and feel free to ask any questions I'll be happy to answer.
