"Bidder filed a dispute on this transacti ... " (more)on after failing to completely read the auction page. Bidder claimed it was mistake that she bid on this item but you have to enter the bid twice on two different buttons. Bidder tried to give me a guilt trip using her child sayin that the points were his and that he was the one bidding on the item which is againist Listia rules. Bidder harassed and tried to guilt me into giving her points back because she did not want to pay shipping. Sad excuse and if she had just said that I can not afford the shipping fees at this time the tone of the transaction would have been completely different. If you make a mistake live up to it and do not try and put that mitake on someone else. My auction pages are clear and straight forward. Just read the instructions. I also had to advise this bidder that if she kept sending me e-mails I would report her to Listia staff for harassment. I then blocked her from any further contact."

You choose not to believe me which is your right but I refunded your shipping fees and offered to send you proof of this incident with plumber and insurance reports.I am glad to hear that the earrings arrived and that you provided me with a positive feedback but next time try and give a person a the benefit of the doubt when they offer to provide you with proof. You did not even answer me when I offered the proof. Hoefully you are satisfied."
