She mailed the beaded necklace and bracelet in a First Class Envelope with no padding and paid 84 cents shipping. Because of poor packaging, the envelope was pitted and torn and the beads had worn thru the envelope. Luckily the items were in a little plastic bag inside the envelope or they would have fallen out. A padded envelope and sufficient postage of $1.67 would have made this a successful auction. I would rate this a negative, if I could.
