"Tried to very nice about this but in the ... " (more) end it didn't work out. I tried for 2 days, 4 attempts to ask the seller how she sent this package. It was shipped 7 days and 5 days ago I recieve a envelope request $1.50 for shipping. I asked this seller 4 times what the package looked like. 2 times I asked before calling my post office after no response I called and asked about the package. It was a clear plastic scotch envelope with tape all over it. The post office said that only my first name and address was on the package and there was NO return information and only the name Tiffany something was on it. I was told the package looked as if the paper was ripped off and reused but it was a complete mess! I was nice enough to ask the seller to send me the $1.50 to pay for it since it was supposed to be FREE SHIPPING and she refused saying she paid cash for it at the post office. After I explained to her about how the do this she said it was to confusing. I even provided my post office phone number for her to call and verify my story about the package. I'm not looking to scam her but she is beyond complicated and deceitful! She said it was a big surprise and said to me it was a large box of stuff. She then told me today that it was a small envelope! She descriped it as a big surprise but shipped me nothing more than headache and a envelope i have to pay for.
