Please note that the seller shipped very fast, so service was prompt, however, It would have been nice if you would have reset the phone before sending. I had to go through and delete all of your pictures, text messages, and contacts which took forever since I couldn't delete contacts all at one time because I do not know the password you put on the phone. You stated that the phone was in great condition; maybe it would be if you subtracted the bite and drop marks, scratches on the screen, and fixed the catch on the slide that causes the slider to get stuck when you try to close the phone. You said you've hardly ever used this phone; it looks like it was handed down from generation to generation. I should have asked, but you could have mentioned that the phone WOULDN'T be coming from a smoke-free home. Upon opening the package, it was like standing in a room full of lit cigarettes the smell was so strong. I appreciate the fast shipping, but next time you list something, you should use the designated area to describe your item for any promising bidders. I really hate to sound so rude, but the condition of this phone is nothing like you described. If it were any worse, I would be returning it.
