Ended up keeping my credits tied up for over a month with lies while I was trying to be patient and nice about things. Yes she granted me my refund but neglected to communicate with me since she said she sent it out which it hadnt come. I needed it by tomorrow. It was going to be a gift for my roommate. Pity I was soooo excited to give it to her! She blamed her fiance for forgetting to get it to the post office. Worst communicator ever. Makes me sick this is the 3rd dispute I had to make in a month and the other 2 were actually newbe's. I'm disappointed in this "experienced" Listian. I noticed other people gave her neutral feedback on her profile saying they understood things happen. If she had COMMUNICATED and TOLD me what happened I may have considered neutral.
