"NEGATIVE!!! Sent the item, but very poor co ... " (more)mmunication, Didn't respond promptly. The shipping for this item is the same price you can get it for on amazon and cost less to ship. I asked for confirmation and was not included. At the end the item does not come with software anywhere! and its very difficult to use, aparently it only works for skype, It is also not night vision, it comes with LED lights that light up and shine. Sorry but due to the lack of communication and product feeling more like a sale then and item won on listia I have to say negative but listia wont let me rate negative so its listed as neutral.
