"Seller although somewhat reasonable would not ... " (more) agree to an equtable refund request of partial credit returns. Seller claimed item was Sterling SIlver. It is marked as such but it too light weight. Seller does not understand idea that the customer is always right and if customer is unhappy with an item for any reason it can be returned. If said customer damages returned item, I believe unwanted item is still accepted back especially if customer admits to damaging item or is unsure whether he damaged it and damaged it in pursuit of establishing whether the item was actaully genuine silver as described. Glass stones are not found in sterling silver settings, so my attempt to find whether it was Sterling Silver wasd by establishing if it was glass or not. It does not matter that seller volunteered that it was glass, he assured me it was silver. I'm not sure iut is silver and will have to melt it to see. THis was all a tempest in a teacup, but it hurts to get costume jewelry for thousands of credits."

"This guy is crazy here is the email he left ... " (more)me...Terry, The ring arrived. It is a glass stone according to the Presidium Gem Tester. Also though it is marked 925, the silver looks fake. I think it is silver plated. It's also too light to be silver I think. Unfortunately my instrument slightly scratched the face of the stone. It's not terrible but if you look for it, you can see it. I'd like return it for a partial refund. I'll give you 2222 credits. I think this ring is just costume jewelry. Some stuff from Mexico is marked 925 but is not. What's your thoughts on this? Paul Pruitt (socrtwo22) Then he tried to bribe me and say that he was going to send me a real ring so I knew the difference. The ring I sent him was real sterling silver and it was the stone in it that I wasn't sure was real or not and i even added that to my description!!!!! This guy is not a professional jeweler he is just a scam so please watch what you sell to him! He even admitted in the email that he put a scratch on the stone with his probe. This ring had no scratches on it what so ever when I sent it to him. And then he expects me to give him partial credit back. At this point my thoughts are what am I going to do with a sterling silver marked 925 damaged ring????? This guy is insane, and on top of this he is disputing me for his credits back.... We will see what happens I guess. Would you Listians accept a damaged item back that was damaged by this user???? Yeah I didn't think so!!!!"
