"Basically, seller should have never offered ... " (more) free shipping. After about 2 months, I disputed to get my credits back because seller repeatedly said they were broke and would ship on on "x" date and never did. AFTER the dispute concluded in my favor and the credits were returned to me, the Seller contacted me, and said they were shipping the item and "it would be nice" if I returned the credits. Blamed family health problems. I received the item today, after I was returned my credits over 2 weeks ago. I have no way to return the credits. On top of that, I had to pick up the item at the post office because it was security threat because there was no return address. I appreciate the efforts, but I don't feel guilty for what happened.
