Then when I left them a neutral – stating “ tho received, item arrived somewhat mangled “– they changed their FB to a spiteful neg. I had sent them an email explaining damage. I have since requested refund of credits. Their behavior has been unprofessional; therefore I changed my feedback to reflect the full transaction. They may have packed what they thot was adequate, but the item DID arrive damaged. Listia agreed and refunded my credits."
