"Winner said they would ship package on t ... " (more)he 1st, I received it the 17th. The package was ripped and torn and glitter was everywhere, I sent pictures of the mess and of the post mark that was dated for 6/15. Lister claimed he sent it before than and wasn't responsible, Listia rules state Lister is responsible for safely packaging item, which it obviously was not. When I showed proof he claimed I did it myself even though I have proof the post mark was from his post office. I offered to send back the second package at MY OWN expense if he would give me a refund. He refused stating I was trying to make a profit of $3. I was not. Also lister had shipping price on the auction at $2.50, he sent it in a cheap envelope with a $.44 stamp, thankfully he gave me free shipping or else I would've been ripped off.
