We tried to accomodate her, but unfortunately when you move and have had 2 major tragic deaths in your immediate family, things do get misplaced. She insisted on the substitute we offered, again repeating other options for her, and telling her that we want her to be satisfied. I think sometimes we expect perfection here, and that makes no sense when you are giving your things away, and paying to do that with Free Shipping. This is not Sears, JC Penny's or Macy's.
