"Thanks! As I explained before, the USPS ... " (more)wouldn't ship first class because it weighed too much, this was the cheapest shipping available for 8 rolls of yarn in an envelope. The package was over 1 lb. First class restricts anything over 13 oz and then must be sent another way. Parcel post was only .30 less and you would wait almost 2 weeks.
