"I really don't like to be negat ... " (more)ive, but this seller is a blatant cheat, rude & is VERY unethical. He listed 2 auctions for exactly the same items... not unusual as I always list similar things. I won the 1st auction & then proceeded to bid on the 2nd auction which resulted in a little battle between me & another bidder who outbid me at the last moment. No biggie to me since I won the 1st one. This guy then informed me that there was only one item and the 2nd auction was a mistake. He also decided to be very greedy & told ME, the winner of the ORIGINAL auction, to ask for a refund so he could pocket the extra credits from the 2nd auction, which was higher because I was bidding on it. After informing him that I would not ask for a refund & wanted the auction items shipped to me, he never replied & ignored me for 3 days at which point he was downright mean, abusive, dismissive & called me names as well as called Listia "some e-bay wanna-be chump website". I filed a complaint to Listia and he still never addressed the situation nor replied to Listia. I was refunded my credits, but if I do not receive the items I won by the end of the month, I will be pursuing it further by seeking compensation as well as contacting his District Attorney about filing mail fraud charges so I can teach this lowlife a serious lesson in ethics & the law.
