Had to file a dispute to get them to send my item, then it was barely packed and had some minor damage to it, and there were cracks, but it was so dirty you could not see cracks till I washed it. Oh well, it is cute anyway and I will see what I can do to repair it. Sad tho to have to file a dispute to get what was already paid for with credits and wait all this time to receive a damaged item that some newspaper could have prevented.
