"Had my credits, emailed me the code and then ... " (more)claimed I did not "claim" it and cahsed the code himself, when I complained he has treated me like I did something wrong..this seller is a scammer and I would watch out, he has been reported to listia and to Amazon....it is not the dollar or the credtis, but the idea that after he emailed me the code, he took it back and used it, he has since refunded me my credits...but the fact that he claims I never contacted him is untrue, he had even emailed me this before he left the feedback he just was mad because Amazon did not sell the $1 cards any longer...I would have been more than happu to have accepted the credits back at that point, but for him to send me a code and when I go to insert it have it be used is theivery IMO, furthermore, he BEGGED for feedback...I was away on a conference (I have a life, and a good one at that) so today I come back on here, find the code emailed to me was fraudulent, used stolen, whatever you want to call it, find muttiple emails where this guy is begging me fore feedback and then have to deal with him acting wronged...his actions are no different than if he handed me a gift card and then I put it down and walked away and he took it back.....he is dishonest and unreasonable...I do not particularly need the code, I do not have time for listia after all and was using my credits and going to leave the site anyway, I foun several lovely sellers and buyers here and I mainly wanted to bring this to light to prevent those kind people from having to deal with the likes of this character, listia should ban members like this it is not enought to simply return the credits, this type of dishonesty demands banning, and I am not the first to take at least some issue here, and unfortuantely I doubt I will be the last"Oct 13th 2011, 3:00:33 PM PDT (about 13 years ago)
