"2/28/2012 this Auction Ended 2/12, 16 days ago and an example of 5 such Auctions Sellers disregarde ... " (more)d following LISTIA shipping rules, "ship items within 7 days!" No other Auction has taken more than 5 business days to arrive shipped coast to coast. Certainly not this long! Sellers who ship afterwards or not at all, the rating reminds them the Buyer does have the the option to "truthfully" Rate the experience. When my time and effort is wasted it is certainly, not justified to give a Positive Rating so the next Buyer has to deal with the same undeserved behavior not following the rules. "Rules" are set to be FAIR to both parties! Is it fair for a Buyer, to be forced to waste and take my time away, added efforts contacting an excuse making buyer? I sincerely, hope the Seller the best, hope this was just an isolated experience or either a wake up call. The Rating System does not leave room for childish excuses not following the rules as we are all required to adhere. Rating is a guide, the Credits are the reward the Seller receives is the reward and benefit. This is not a Positive Rating clearly when it certainly was not Positive, my time and effort wasted during the transaction! A Buyer isn't a babysitter that has to coax a Seller to extract shipping info, to get shipping info out of the Seller when it is the duty of the Seller to post adequate shipping info. "
