"never got the pens. made promises, and then said she was sick but her husband shipped them but ' ... " (more);forgot tracking' and so on. still nothing arrived. it took a month but i finally got my 10,000+ points returned from listia due to her never sending it out. i understand if you're sick and all, but don't LIE and say your husband sent when clearly he didn't. and if you need to make a refund of points, for goodness sakes, just DO IT and don't make the customer wait a month!! that's just sheer disregard. anyway, get well soon. "
