"Seller is a total scam artist. He's constantly listing mistitled and wrongfully described items ... " (more) with the same pictures for all of then. I was UNFORTUNATE enough to win one of his auctions. After a week of trying to contact the seller he finally responded telling me he shipped the item to 1234 cobblestone ct 123465. That its far from my address, which is listia sent and verified, or any address for that matter as it doesn't include a city, state, or even country. I immediately requested a refund but was unable to contact josh, the seller. It wasn't until I commented on his other fraudulent addictions and contacted listia that I got my refund, 4 days later. This "seller" keeps credits and shipping costs but you will NOT receive your item. If you contact him he will tell you he shipped it to a fake address that he claims you sent. When you prove it its not your address and contact listia requesting your refund he will NOT give it to you. I had to comment on other auctions and contact listia to get my credits back from this scam artist. DO NOT bid on any of his auctions or pay his shipping costs, unless you like giving away free credits and money for no reason. This user its a SCAM, a FRAUD, and a VERY UNTRUSTED seller! BUYER BEWARE!!!"
