"I wanted to give a "positive" feedback because they were great communicators, shipped fas ... " (more)t, and the suit is adorable!!! BUT the package was a disaster..I actually took pictures of it before opening it incase the suit was ripped inside. This could be a mishap in shipping...so I give them the benefit of doubt...but the suit had at least 8 different spots where it was stained. Some (4 spots) were black, one looked like a small oil stain, and in one place it had a pull. A couple other small spots too. These were on the front and back of the jacket. I DID take pics of this the minute I saw it because I have no idea what the policy is if you get something in this condition. BUT I m going to try and get it cleaned...and hope for the best. Now that I am on the site and remembered that shipping was $7....I am glad I didn't bid any higher. I would deal with them again but would want MORE pics and would ask about stains, pulls, ect FIRST. So for these reasons they get a neutral feedback. Hope this is fair!"
