" (more)of negative because she did refund my credits immediately after I filed the dispute, but she still did not respond in any other way. There was no explanation given as to why I did not receive this. I have won her auctions in the past and had no problems, so I'm assuming something came up that caused this. It still would have been nice to have been informed though instead of letting me sit and wait for something that was not going to arrive."
