"Buyer very immature, irrational, twists truth. BEWARE! First accused me when she put tracking numb ... " (more)er in wrong. Then I gave her an immediate refund & this was the first time ever one of my packages was damaged during shipping, but she wrote a nasty note claiming I only used an envelope failing to mention it was special padding, registered as tubular shaped, marked fragile. I apologized that it got broken but she just behaved obnoxiously and attacked me instead of accepting graciously a refund. Yes, her past feedback is very important -- LOTS of negative feedback AND negative neutral feedback, plus negative left for others, including complaints about her failure to pad things that she shipped and got broken ironically. Please read ALL of her feedback - way less than 98% positive in reality!!! Block her if you don't want a nightmare of a person to deal with."
