"I WAS sent this shirt with a VERY VISIBLE HOLE in it!!! (looks different in his picture far away th ... " (more)an my eagle eyes-it was very much inspected by me!!! ) I didn't even receive one message from this guy (after me sending 5 different ones) until 10 days after the auction ended but ONLY then because i told him i had a problem.We then came to an agreement that we would exchange the shirt for another one.After that i didn't hear from him for another 3 days and then after that another 4 days.It was an ongoing battle just to get him to message me.Although in the meantime i was messaging numerous times.Anyways he was very rude and nasty and at a couple different times claimed that i put the hole in the shirt myself.Now why in Heavens name would i receive a shirt that i won for my youngest daughter and then put a hole in it myself? O.O That's pure baloney and completely absurd and unheard of!!! Not to mention the fact that he constantly whined about having to spend $1.56 on shipping!! That doesn't compare to what a lot of US (ME) pay on here to send out different items! So i say Boo-hoo!! Seriously it has been one thing after another with little to no compliance or respect.I would kindly advise EVERYONE to MAKE SURE and CLOSELY INSPECT the clothes that y'all may win from him in the future or you WILL be dealing with attitude and nastiness like i have!! Well unless you don't end have a problem with an item he sent you.Anyways not to be rude but i am SOOOO ecstatic that this is finally over with and i HOPE idon't have to deal with an experience like this ever again on Listia.This was my first refund to date and i HOPE with everything i have that it's the LAST!! It was MOST definitely not a pleasurable experience in the slightest!! I finally got my credits refunded but only after sending the shirt back at MY cost even though i was sent something for my daughter that was unwearable!! (with tracking mind you) Is this how all refunds usually go? For my sake and everyone elses,I sure as heck hope not!!! :("
