I decided to do the nice thing, refund credits, hoping to avoid furthering the dispute that was filed only a couple of days after the auction ended, but now have a neutral feedback even though this winner had buyer's remorse and such little knowledge about Listia's address database (although she said she put in a help ticket with Listia and "they told her they couldn't do anything" about her address only consisting of her name, city, and state. I don't know how I would be expected to ship to someone's name, city, and state with no street address or zip code when I ship through paypal. Neither the Post Office or Paypal are going to put "Delivery Confirmation" that I always use on that address let alone process a label to print. So, to receive neutral feedback when this immature, impulsive, regretful buyer decides she doesn't want to take the proper steps to have her winnings shipped to her is a disappointment to say the least. Receiving neutral feedback after I refunded her credits almost immediately after the two days passed for her to be able to file a dispute is pretty ridiculous. I was the courteous, customer service oriented one, she was the one who wasted my time and the time of other bidders who would have been more than happy to take the basic, elementary steps to send their verified shipping information through Listia's database. Wow. Obviously the neutral feedback she gave me isn't warranted since she couldn't even put a reason why she gave me that feedback. Beware of her -- her selling stats aren't too great either -- needless to say she will not have the privilege of bidding on my future auctions."
