"I tried to be as understanding as possible with this very sweet lady about her current school, work ... " (more), and full time mom status. I didn't get any responses from her after she promised to mail this shirt (that I was SO excited to have won and even sent extra shipping $ through paypal to get delivery confirmation and help her out) several times and I ended up filing a dispute to get my credits back. I sent numerous messages at that point to let her know that if she would at least refund my paypal costs I would still leave positive feedback since I did get my 90 credits refunded, which isn't many credits at all, but the paypal costs that I have lost from sellers not following through have forced me to leave a negative feedback. If she contacts me in the future and refunds the extra paypal $ I sent her beyond what the auction requested I will submit a help ticket and change my feedback, MAYBE -- it wouldn't have bothered me so much to be out 90 credits, but I ship ALL of my auctions for free and with the amount I sent her I could have sent out at least two - three packages -- with sellers doing this almost constantly that adds up and really makes it apparent that I have to be leery of sellers who accept paypal for shipping too!!! I am out more cash than it cost to buy 90 credits by far and have noticed her seller feedback percentage continually dropping. Since she hasn't followed through on others' packages either and I am out money I could use to ship my packages for free to my bidders/winners I have no choice but to leave a negative feedback. This auction ended 30 days ago and I don't feel that I should have had to wait this long and not even hear back from the seller with a simple apology and paypal refund."
