"Wow, this seller has some nerve to leave negative feedback!!! She actually initially left me POSITI ... " (more)VE feedback even with the horrible transaction she caused. I did NOT wish to leave her any feedback as it will harm her reputation. But as she left me negative now, I must tell my story about this transaction. Seriously, I bid on this palette from her and I didn't get the item after TWO MONTHS. After TWO MONTHS OF WEEKLY E-MAILS, asking for the status of my item. I wasted so much of my time constructing those e-mails, even though I’m a university student with an extremely busy schedule. I tried to be as polite as possible and not try to pressure her. I was actually extremely angry after so many weeks have passed and I kept thinking in my mind whether I would ever receive it. She claimed she mailed it out two weeks after the auction ended and then it got shattered in the mail. Then she claimed she was going to order another one from HONG KONG and it'll take up to 4 weeks to ship out. After 4 weeks, I STILL never received the item. At this point, I asked her if she can simply send me the money so I can buy it from AMAZON myself and get 2 day shipping (what, why would she buy it from HONG KONG if AMAZON had the same exact product for $19?? She claimed the item was $40 FROM HONG KONG. WOW… lies after lies!). She AGREED to send me the money to buy it MYSELF. I offered her a DEAL to save HERSELF some money on purchasing a new one because if she had to purchase one, she would have had to pay for the PRODUCT plus the SHIPPING COST of the product in addition to SHIPPING COST TO SEND IT TO ME. I really felt I was being really nice to her, especially after wasting TWO ENTIRE MONTHS trying to reason with her and question her about where my eyeshadow palette is. She DID send me the money through PAYPAL but guess what? You guessed it. ANOTHER ATTEMPT TO SCAM ME. After sending me the cash through Paypal, I thought I can finally get my hands on this eyeshadow palette after a ton of wasted time. But no, she actually FILED A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL saying that I HACKED INTO HER BANK ACCOUNT and sent the money to myself. This is a whole new level of lies! She told Paypal I had unauthorized access into her bank account. What?! She is absolutely a fraud in SO many levels. I can’t believe she has not been BANNED from Listia after all of the HORRIBLE THINGS she has done! I wrote a three to four page response to Paypal about my “unauthorized access” into someone’s bank account. Within a few hours, Paypal reviewed the case and ruled in MY FAVOR. In the end, I DID receive the money from her and I am darn glad I received it! After 2 and a half months of struggles and FOURTY e-mails exchanged (yes, I actually counted!!), I FINALLY received my justice from this transaction. Omarbbygrl is the most horrible Listia member I have had came in contact with. OH, I forgot to mention she even CHARGED ME SHIPPING when I initially won the auction. She made TONS of comments on her auctions saying there is FREE SHIPPING after so and so credits. I only bid on her auction BECAUSE of had free shipping after 500 credits. I DID exceed the free shipping quota but then when I won the auction, she said “Thanks for biddinq and winninq our auction in order for me to get the item to you safely i will need you to send your payment now =) my paypal is mrzbrowneyedbaby@aol.com your total is $13.80 =).” She lied and tried to scam me SO many times in just ONE Listia transaction. First it was telling me I need to pay shipping even though I reached the free shipping quota. Second it was telling me she shipped out the item and saying it shattered. Third it was saying she will ship me a new palette within 4 weeks (she didn’t). Fourth lie was when she told me it costs her $40 to buy a new palette and it will take 4 weeks to get here. Fifth was when she agreed to send me the Paypal money but filed a dispute wanting a refund of her payment to me, saying I HACKED into her account. PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS. SHE OVERPRICES HER ITEMS, TAKES HORRIBLE PICTURES TO TRY TO DECEIVE HER CUSTOMER’S PERCEPTION OF HER ITEMS, SHE REQUESTS A REFUND FOR ALL THE ITEMS SHE WINS FROM PEOPLE, SHE HAS LEFT NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACKS FOR ALMOST EVERY SINGLE AUCTION SINCE LAST MONTH, SHE SHIPS YOUR ITEMS OUT REALLY LATE, SHE TRIES TO SCAM YOU IN EVERY WAY. Oh Jesus, please help this girl. And I can’t believe I’ve wasted MORE time on her by typing out this huge feedback."
