I never received the product. 2420 credits down the toilet. I cannot receive a refund because I was promised that I would receive another, so I closed the case. My guess is this is what she wanted knowing there was nothing I could do about it. Very disappointing. I see others have had this same problem. Buyers beware. She is nothing, but a liar and a thief. I won this auction back in June. I assume the seller will be leaving me negative feedback once she sees this that I was impatient. Seems to be her MO. Listia should remove this seller ASAP. She has a horrible history of doing this. "
