" (more) give back her credits, b/c now she didn't want it, in a polite way, i explained it says it clearly in bright pink the response i got was her telling me to "shut up okayy" (that is exact words & way they were written and i won't leave off the part where after saying that she told me i was "wow ur bad!!!" i have 100% great feedback, i try to work w/ppl, but ppl like this give others a bad name!!! i am only charging shipping b/c when i wasn't it was getting too expensive for me, bagging, tagging, envelopes, special letters for the kids in sparkles, & not to mention shipping costs!!!! i try real hard to please everyone but i guess you can't please them all!!!!"
