I ended up just being like, "Whatever, forget it." They kept telling me it will be fine, blah blah. But I was ***** off my then, so I didn't fight as long as I should have. I should have just gone to the other places and paid more for better service and shipping. I hope there's some way you can fix them, but if not I found a website for you with some similar dolls called Panda Oriental, and I think they're on sale. God, I am so sorry. I should have paid more at the other places. It probably wouldn't have happened; I'm just kinda short on money, so I skimped out. I feel awful, and I'm really disappointed...
