I have contacted the seller as well and they wish me to send the item back for a refund of credits.
I don't believe that it's my responsibility to send an item back that was sent to me in a dirty condition for a refund
of my credits I shouldn't have to pay to send it back when they sent me the dirty (fur covered) item after describing it as clean.
If they had an animal that could have left fur on it they should have stated that in the description.
If any of us were allergic to animal fur we could have been sick. I have also contacted listia by email #77310
I do not wish to leave neg. feedback for the seller and nor am I a trouble some listia member
I only leave neg feedback/disputes when absolutely necessary! You just can't send pet fur covered items to
people with stating in the description the item is clean.

First of all the item was clean since I inspect every item I send. If you look at the picture of the item it shows it is clean.
Having some dog hair on the item does not make it dirty. My profile pic is of my dog so how can the buyer not know I have dogs.
I told this seller to send item back and I would refund the credits.
I paid for the shipping of the item to the bidder. If she keeps the item and gets her credits back that would be theft.
Just look at the pictures and you can see item was clean. I just believe bidder did not want item after she received it and it has
nothing to do with it being dirty. This listia member is trying to steal from me and that is not right.

TO MODERATOR REVIEWING DISPUTE

I can supply photos if needed of item. I had an issue with the fur of course.
I do not steal! I am a good listia member and i happen to be a christian so i am not going to be lying about something.
As you can see the photos below of the auction. the item bottom is not picture and that is where most of the fur is.
The legs on the bottom of the item do have a slight discoloration due to dirt but i wasn't as worried about that as i was the fur.
If you need photos I will gladly take pictures of what I am talking about. I have kept the item put up in the box it came in.
And also it is really silly to think i didnt want the item after i have gotten it. The first message i had sent the buyer is to look at my profile
picture and that is why I wanted this auction to go with the out fit my other youngest daughter will be wearing for halloween.
I also want to inclue that the auction seller is sending me insulting messages that are not showing on the auction page but threw the profile.
Below is a copy of what was stated back to me after filing the dispute.

Please review all of my experience with listia. I believe you will find that I take great pride in providing good service to people and
don't file disputes on people for no reason. I have just cause and I am being totally truthful. I put careful thought into opening a
dispute and even spoke to a few other good standing listia members to decide whether or not to file a dispute. And as i have told you
about of the problem they stated to file a dispute. So I went ahead and told the auction buyer wrote listia from the contact section and then
filed the dispute.
And as you see above I get contacted by the seller in a neg. way for doing what i believe to be the right thing to do which is to
contact you and describe the issue.

You make it sound like I sent you a nasty item. The pictures show the item is clean and not filthy like you are implying.
If it had some dog hair on it you should just vacume it off not try to get your credits back and keep my item.

There are very little scammers on this cite but a person like you are the reason people like me

Oh. In my experience when the first thing someone throws out is their religion when trying to make a point that means they are lying.
I have been a police officer for 15 years and when someone on the street tells me that the are a Christian or any other religion so they would

So you just think that you can send items to people that have fur on them and its their job to clean it.....
you shouldn't be auctioning things that people have to clean! It's not my job to clean an item that is described as clean which means there
shouldn't be any fur on it to begin with and its a children's item at that.
I have never stated the item was nasty and I don't even describe it in a way that someone should think nasty or filthy at all.
And I didn't ask you to send me money at all. I stated that I shouldn't have to pay to ship an item back that was sent to me dirty.
People are allergic to pet fur! One of my children could have been harmed if they had been allergic to dog fur.
If I was a bad mom or person I wouldn't have ever alerted you to the fact it had fur all over it.
I wasn't hostile or ignorant or rude or ridicule you or resulting in name calling to mention it to you and I didn't threaten you with slander either.
